Turtle Rock Studios tries to reach back into its history and grab the joy of shooting zombies and retool it as a modern-day spiritual successor to Left 4 Dead and for the most part Back 4 Blood is a fun multiplayer game with friends or randoms but it can get boring.

As an always-online game with a handful of technical issues and multiplayer miscalculations it shares some of Evolves flaws but its greater level of polish and. Back 4 Blood is the Left 4 Dead 3 that fans have been waiting for although the lack of solo progression and a Versus PvP mode will undoubtedly bother some. Back 4 Blood is not the Left 4 Dead 3 series veterans may have been hoping for but it adapts a lot of what made the original games great and reinterprets the co-op zombie.

The fact that you cant push back is super weird. And generally the melee weapons felt weak compared to what we had in left 4. Its dangerous to go alone so take some friends.
